The Mindful Journal Club is an evolution of Mindful Moments, a space I’ve nurtured since 2021. What started as a collection of personal reflections, journal entries, and mindfulness practices is now shifting into a more cohesive, intentional space—one that connects deeply with journaling for personal growth and self-discovery, actionable mindful practices to create peace and experience joy, and the overall vibe of The Mindful Journal Club, a growing community of ~1,000 members since September 2023.
